Roll Transfer Cart

 

 

This cart is used to transfer a 3000 pound press roll in and out of the forming line. The cart has a AC power drive motor

connected to a drive shaft, manual clutch and to a standard truck differential. It also has electric brakes and 4 hand crank jacks to raise and lower the cart with roll cradle into position. The roll cradle is removable to accommodate differnent sizes.
